A. Definitions

• Service: Applications, software, products, and services provided by OAT
• Website: OAT's website at oat.dev and related OAT-owned subdomains
• User: Individual accessing the Website or Service on your behalf; must be at least 18 years old
• Content: Text, data, articles, images, graphics, software, applications, designs, and other materials available through the Website or Service
• User-Generated Content/Customer Data: Content created or uploaded by users; "Your Content" refers to content you create or own

B. Acceptable Use

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Key restrictions include:

Compliance with Laws

Your use must not violate applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and export control laws.

Content Restrictions

You cannot upload content that is unlawful, contains sensitive personal information, is sexually obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, contains malware, or infringes on proprietary rights. Customer Data cannot include protected health information.

Conduct Restrictions

Prohibited behaviors include harassing OAT employees or users, disrupting servers, impersonating others, and violating third-party privacy.

Services Usage Limits

You cannot reproduce, duplicate, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Privacy

Misuse of user personal information is prohibited. Any collected information must be used only for authorized purposes and reasonably secured.

Fair Use

OAT reserves the right to limit activities creating unreasonable burden on services and infrastructure.

Other Terms

Services are for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include: attempting to undermine security, introducing automated scripts, accessing via robots, sending unsolicited messages, using as remote storage, and transferring website rights to third parties.

D. Intellectual Property Notice

OAT's Rights

OAT and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights related to the Website and Service. The look and feel are copyright protected. You cannot duplicate or reuse HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or design elements without express written permission.

This agreement is adapted from GitHub's site policies and licensed under the Creative Commons Zero license.

E. Communication with OAT

You consent to receive communications via email or the Service.

F. Disclaimer Warranties

OAT provides the Website and Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties. OAT does not warrant that services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or be free of viruses. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss from using the services.

G. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid during the 24 months preceding the claim. OAT is not liable for loss of profits, data, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

H. Release and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OAT against third-party claims arising from: breaching the Terms, using OAT products, violating laws, or your content. OAT will provide written notice of claims, and you cannot settle claims without OAT's written consent.
